We charge a flat rate of $7.95 for all items in your cart from a single brand, and give free shipping for each brand where the cost of your items totals $100 or more.

We ship to the continental U.S. If you need to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada, please contact our customer service department and place your order by phone. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Puerto Rico, except through our international shipping method.
We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.
Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the "Outside The U.S.?" button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
Most items that are neither discontinued or custom made to order can be returned in their original, unopened condition. Please contact Customer Service to initiate a return. You must have a return authorization number prior to sending items back to us. Items in their original packaging, with any associated hardware, can be returned to the warehouse within 60 days from the date the items were received with a 25% restocking fee. Orders that are over 61 days old from the date of receipt, may only be returned for a store credit. If your order was shipped with free shipping, the $7.95 shipping subsidy will be deducted from your credit. If your order is received with damaged items, please notify us within 24 hours for a replacement. Any discontinued or special order items are not eligible for return.
